Our fresh, locally grown flowers bring vibrant color and texture to weddings, events, and everyday bouquets.

Spring Seasonal Flowers (March – May)
Spring is a magical time at Pine & Posey. As the days lengthen and the soil warms, tender shoots emerge, bringing the promise of vibrant blooms.
March (Weather Permitting)
While our primary growing season begins in April, a warm early spring may allow us to start the season early, offer daffodils and single tulips as early as mid to late March. For this year, in 2025, we are still patiently awaiting their arrival and are projecting early April as the start for the season.
April: Spring Awakens
April is when our fields burst to life, with the first flush of cool-season blooms filling the farm with color and fragrance.
What We Grow:
Fancy Narcissus (Daffodils) – Bright, cheerful blooms that signal the arrival of spring.
Single Tulips – Classic and elegant, available in a variety of colors.
Double Tulips – Large, double (multi-layer petal) tulips are our first large crop of the year. Available in a rainbow of color!
Forsythias – Sunny yellow foliage for early spring arrangements.

May: Peak Spring Bloom
By May, the fields are buzzing with life as more flowers make their grand debut. Peonies are at their peak during this time, making them the perfect choice for spring weddings and events.
What We Grow:
Peonies – As Indiana’s state flower, peonies are a must-have for late spring arrangements. Their delicate, ruffled petals come in shades of pink, purple, white, and yellow, offering a sweet fragrance that adds a romantic touch to any bouquet. Peonies thrive in mid May through early June, making them a show-stopper for spring weddings.
Sweet William (Dianthus) – Fragrant, colorful clusters that add charm to any arrangement.
Orlaya – Airy, lace-like white flowers that create a whimsical, romantic feel.
Stock – Tall, sweetly scented blooms that bring softness and texture.
Bupleurum – Bright green filler that complements spring’s vibrant palette.

Lisianthus, in particular, thrives during this season, with its wide range of colors and textures that closely resemble roses—but without the delicate nature and added expense.
June: Early Summer Abundance
June marks the beginning of summer’s floral feast, with heat-loving blooms flourishing.

Snapdragons – Long-lasting, fragrant blooms perfect for bouquets.

October (If Frost Allows!)
If frost holds off, we’re sometimes able to harvest late-season blooms well into early October. Dahlias, calendula, and asters, as well as sedum, ninebark, dusty miller will hold on until the first killing frost arrives.
Winter Seasonal Flowers (November – February)
While our fields rest during the colder months, we can still provide flowers for your special events by sourcing in blooms from our trusted network of growers and wholesalers. This ensures that even winter weddings and celebrations can feature fresh, high-quality flowers.
November – December:
